Add-on
UCA Mesh Agent
UCA Mesh already does consent-based support without it. The UCA Mesh Agent is the small extra package that unlocks the things that need something running on the PC — and it changes nothing about consent: the person at the far end still approves every session, and the red “being viewed — Stop” bar still shows.

What’s new in 0.8.1
The pool now uses ucagg.de directly: files up to 100 MB; devices with keys get them end-to-end encrypted, others straight from UCA ID; an offline UCA AI PC gets them when it is back; devices that need the UCA Pro / Max bundle say so, with the link.
Control from the panel
Open a link, lock the PC, change the volume or press a key from ucagg.de — and ask UCA Core by voice to do it. Without the agent these are locked.
Speak and be heard
Have the PC read a message aloud, or send a short push-to-talk clip that plays on it.
Screen frames for the panel
A live look at the screen from the panel, without starting a full support session.
Notifications and mini windows
Send a notification to the PC, read its recent notifications in the panel (after the person agrees), or open a link or an app there as a small window in the corner.
Peer to peer, end to end
A live session goes straight between the two PCs when it can, sharper and faster. When it cannot, every message is sealed before it touches our relay, which only ever sees ciphertext.
Files from the panel
Browse the PC’s folders, copy a file off it, or send one to it. Received files land in Downloads\UCA Mesh, marked as downloaded, and are never opened by themselves. Transfers are deleted after 15 minutes.
Windows UAC prompts
With the optional UCA Mesh Service (the person at the PC adds it, as administrator), an approved session can see and click the Windows security prompt and the lock screen — so an update can actually finish. If Windows asks for an administrator password, the technician types it: sealed end to end, never stored. A red bar shows on the security screen too, and every use is logged.
Always consent-first
The agent enforces the same rules: your own PC runs straight through, anything else asks you on screen and you can decline.
Switch it off any time
Deactivate it in UCA Mesh under Settings, or uninstall it. The extra features lock again immediately.
How to install it
- Download it here, from your dashboard, or in UCA Mesh under Settings → UCA Mesh Agent.
- Run the installer. It asks whether to add the helper service for Windows security prompts — that part is optional.
- It starts in the system tray (the eye) and is switched on. The locked features unlock right away; right-click the eye → Active switches it off again.
