Remote support · remote access
UCA Mesh connects two computers for screen view, remote control, files and chat. Every single connection is approved by the person at the far end, and a red “being viewed — Stop” bar stays on their screen the whole time. End-to-end encrypted.
Free for personal use · 7-day trial for Freelancer · 21/30-day trial for teams
Install UCA Mesh on both PCs — or roll out the background agent to your team with one enrolment link.
The person to be helped reads out their 9-digit device number — or their device is already in your company network.
They click Allow (or enter a PIN). You get the screen and, if granted, control. The red bar shows; they can Stop any time.
Live screen with low latency, multi-monitor, special keys (Ctrl+Alt+Del via a button), adjustable quality. Control only when the far end grants it.
With the consented helper service, you see and click the Windows UAC / secure-desktop prompt during an approved session. A password is never sent from your side — the machine elevates locally.
Browse, upload and download files, with safe handling (Mark-of-the-Web, protected folders). Chat alongside the session.
Freelancers: every session is timed automatically. Generate numbered PDF invoices from tracked time, with your logo, VAT fields and hourly rates.
Add worker devices with an enrolment code. Technician / viewer / admin roles, groups, seat limits, a full session log and audit.
Devices pair with a one-time code and a pinned key; traffic is sealed AES-256-GCM peer-to-peer. A hacked relay can never watch the stream.
Reach your own PCs, or help family and friends by sharing a number. Free for up to 2 devices.
Your customers, their devices, tracked time and real invoices — the whole workflow in one place.
Put every worker’s PC in one managed network, support them instantly with consent, and keep a clean audit trail.
No. Every connection is approved by the person at the far end (a click or a PIN), and a red “being viewed — Stop” bar stays on their screen the entire time. They can stop instantly. For company devices, unattended access is off by default and, when a company turns it on, it is still shown and logged.
Yes. Two devices pair with a one-time code and pin each other’s key; the live stream is sealed end-to-end (AES-256-GCM) and travels peer-to-peer where possible. Our relay only helps the two PCs find each other and, as a fallback, carries already-encrypted bytes — it can never see your screen.
At install, with your consent, UCA Mesh adds a small Windows helper service. During an approved session it can show and operate the Windows UAC / secure-desktop prompt so the technician sees and clicks it — using the machine’s own local administrator. A password is never typed or sent from the remote side. If it can’t be done cleanly, you simply click the prompt yourself while sharing.
To be helped ad-hoc, you just share your device number and approve. To connect to others, build a network, or invoice time, you sign in with your email (a 6-digit code, no password needed).
UCA Mesh is run by a solo developer; the server is hosted at IONOS in Kansas City, USA. We store ciphertext only for any synced data, and session metadata (who connected, when, how long) — never the content of your screen, files or chat. See our privacy policy.
